If you're not planning on keeping the engine and just want to give the the chance to put it back together I'd order a re-ring kit from northern auto parts

I'm sure you'd be able to sell it and recover the cost of the re-ring kit (roughly $100.00). Most individuals that would buy it would want it either stock or have plans for specific mods. In my opinion asking roughly 100.00 for an engine that runs but needs to be rebuilt is a fair price,

If you go and rebuild it properly you will have to invest a large amount of money into it. The chances of recovering the amount invested if that is done is not very likely. (Its real easy to invest 3000 or more in an inline).
