I wanted to do the modifcation to the timing gear oiler shown in Leo Santucci's power manual

Has anyone here done it before? I was wondering if you are supposed to fill the entire tube with brazing or just the end. Right now my oiler has a hole in the bottom and the top of the end of the tube. When completed is oil supposed to come out the end?, it also mentioned drilling a 0.30 thousandths hole.

You can just fill it with Epoxy.(Right to the tip) Then Redrill the holes Just be sure Both connect near the tip Like it shows. It maybe Better to drill The front first? Then drill in from the End to the front. You can Use a Dremel tool With the .030 drill Bit.
hope this helps }[oooooo]

Cool, so at the end where the oil comes out should I drill out the bottom part with the little tab and the top or just the side with the tab?

Just the tab area is Fine. Then reinstall it the way you took it out of the Block and add a little Loctite to it to help Keep it back in the block.
