I think you'll be the first for that chassis (other than the self racing monster). Your worst case pinch points will be
1) overall length, radiator/fan clearance
2) Cam cover to the hood - GM used big truck 58 tooth cam sprockets.
3) A/C if you want it tends to foul on the front crossmember.
