Does anybody know what the conversion factor for time is going from 1/4mi to 1000ft?

I think other nerds on here could calculate it backwards from the formula

s=(1/2)(a*t*t)

assuming a quarter mile time of 10.0 seconds to fix an accelleration rate. Then use that accelleration rate to calculate for 1000 ft instead of 1320 ft. That will give you a rough percentage for the 1K time.

I know the eighth mile factor is about 64%.
Let us know your answer.
