Hey guys, my screen name "inlinedime" is no lie....check out my project I just finished up.

more work to do, but it is a 250 with a powerglide, from a 1973 nova. Clifford intake with a Rochester 2gc and a set of Clifford headers. Dual exhaust back to a cherry bomb vortex muffler, dual 2.25" pipes in and a single 3" pipe out...all routed and mounted in the original mounts and locations. The rear gears are 3.73's and limits highway use a bit, I may change rear end out later.

Sounds really nice. I am surprised it fit so nicely. How does it drive?

Your link was bad.

Thanks Tom, and I see what you mean about the link....if you click just on the first part of the link, it pulls up, I am not sure how or why it happened. It runs and drives great, and has alot of power to weight, so it scoots pretty good. Even at 55, it jumps and keeps pulling till? I need the tach to watch the revs, and get someone to pace, so I can see how much the speedo needs correction. This is my favorite vehicle, and now is even more reliable. I will be using it to tow a very small trailer with a 300 lb racing lawnmower, up and down the west coast during the summer months. More than likely, I will need to change rearends, or gears, as the 3.73 I have now will limit my comfortable cruising rpm to around 60mph. Here is another try at a video link of it running down the road.

Until you get the kickdown hooked up, just wire the valve 1/2 - 2/3 open. At least it won't shift into high so soon.

I also noticed the slight hesitation it has. Wonder if the accelerator pump is working correct.

Correct on the accelerator pump, I need to work on it. And I am going to make , or buy a kickdown cable assembly for it. I did have it wired partially, but it didnt want to shift until around 35 actual mph, and that was to many rpm's for my comfort.
