Hey guys how's every one doing I have a 292 turboed trying to keep the engine bay Temps down and heat away from the aluminum intake I am building was thinking of wrapping the spa turbo manifold I have and the down pipe which is stainless

So what are your think ya nah or no comment haha

I know about ceramic coating but I am interested in the wraps

Definitely wrap if you can. Keeping engine bay Temps down is one thing but the real benefit in wrapping is keeping heat inside the hot side of the turbo system. More heat=more velocity which can lower spool times.

They also make a blanket to wrap the turbo with also, a lot of heat comes off of that too.

Yeah I talked to dei they said no can do on the turbo manifold from spa cause it will be uneven and can possibly Crack

Is said they could on the spa website but the assistant I was talking too changed it on the website I believe

I would just get the manifold Jet-Hot™ coated. They are right close to you in Phoenix.
