does anyone have any pics of how they have adapted a older aluminum intake to hot water heat. i am looking at alum welding a 3 inch dia heat pot on the milled bottom of the intake and running a fitting in and out to get heat directly under the carb. Any other ideas or ways anyone has come up with that work good short of putting a air boat car heater/Spacer below the carb.

If it dont fit keep welding

Not a bad way of doing it. Can you do a bigger diameter? This will be like a heat well directly under the carb, not along entire length?

How much is too much the milled area is 3.5 by 3.5 should it run further along the width of the log potion of the intake ?
I have such off idle bog issues with my little drag car. cant get set to go on the convertor with an out start light.
