Inliners International Forums General Discussion Drive Train GMC 302 in a 2004 Chevy HD3500 with allison

I have a 302 GMC Military the trans mount looks like it will fit to a allison 4 speed I have I want to sell a new rebuilt duramax LB7 and swap the 302 into this truck chassis a 4X4 1 ton 5 speed allison what will I need to do for this setup I have a 1940 GMC 1.25 tom I can fit to frame or was really looking for a 57 GMC 1 ton cab and long bed or flat bed I like this chassis and transmission will the ECM for trans work with the 302 ?? what sensors will I need any help would be appreciated

MAP and TPS perhaps a crank trigger wheel - get hold of Curtis at Extreme Engine Development Ltd. He knows the duramax better than anyone outside GM.
