Hello everyone!
Hoping someone can guide me here...
I am trying to select the right turbo for my setup.
I have access to a Precision 6768, with an upgrade to a 72 turbine... but I’m not sure on the sizing. Can’t find a compressor map for it. Precision won’t give me one.

55 bel air 3800lbs
700R4 2500 stall
9” w 3:73
250 with:
12 bolt turbo can
Lumps
1.60/1.94 stainless valves
7/16 screw in studs w BBC roller rockers
Forged pistons
Polished shot peened rods w ARP bolts
I was looking to push 15 psi through it and see what that gets me.

What is anyone running in their setup?

It's too large (PT says a 6766 is good up to 935 hp). It won't boost with that converter.
You need something closer to 60mm.

I'm working on a 6266 @ 30 psi for my 183" L6, about 700 hp.

I wonder, then, if the turbo I purchased (on incorrect information. I blame myself) will work for me...
It’s a precision ????
Compressor measures
58/76mm (58 trim?)
Turbine measures
64/73mm

.60 is stamped inside the compressor outlet.
CCE60 stamped inside the compressor flange.

Sorry, IDK enough about this stuff to say except what PT has on the web site.
Downside of too large: no boost until high RPM, lazy response. Try Yellow Bullet?

Turbonetics 60 series should work well. Maybe a 62 series.
You will have to dial in the exh housing to tune it for boost at the rpm you want.
