I made these for Mr. Cotton Perry's 292 as you can see, he is not going to be using a dist. He is running off a crank trigger. These are made from 6061 billet alum. plate. [img]https://storage.googleapis.com/productio...82c15240e162e7e[/img]

Here you go Larry. Those are nice! It is cool that the top one is one piece.
I bet you could run the later big cap HEI distributer with those. It was made taller to clear the side cover.

A HEI does not clear to well with a stock tin cover, they cannot rotate too much. Unlike a small point dist. So, without an indent in the covers you can NOT run any type of Distibutor.

Here are pictures od some 250 side covers Larry made. It looks like the HEI distributer clears these.

The stock HEI's in the 194,230,250s Pretty much sit up past the side cover so really little is needed to be done to get them to clear a Aftermarket side cover.

So these covers will not work with a Point dist.
