I am looking for an exhaust manifold and a rear sump oil pan for my chevy 153. I'd also buy the other sheet metal parts, or an entire motor if it was in New England.

What is this engine in/for?

Stock car manifolds are hard to find as are stock rear sump pans. We have had this discussion here before and I don't think anything was resolved.
There are flanges on eBay to make your own headers. Flanges for the sixes can be modified. Headers for a six could be modified. Someone makes a turbo manifold.

I think rear sump oil pans were in the DJ (US Mail) Jeeps. I don't know what else. More of the 151 (IronDuke) engines had rear sump pans. The rear seal/gasket area is different but the seal/gasket area from a front sump could be spliced in. The pan part from a six could be used with the gasket rail from a four cylinder pan with some cutting & welding.

There are nice aluminum valve & side covers being made. The MerCruiser aluminum covers show up on eBay. I have a sheet metal set. I don't know what shipping would be.
