I'm looking at a vintage Edelbrock 2x1 intake for my 235. Is there something that I should be watching out for? It appears that most of the linkage is there but I'm pretty new to this inliner thing so I'm eager to learn!

Check the port sizes to make sure it is for a 1950 or later 235 or 261 engine.1941 to 1949 235 engines have small intake ports like a 216 engine.Also check the bottom of the manifold for cracks that can happen if the heat riser gets stuck on.

Dear Willis;

Are the ends curved or square?
