I bought a 216 Edelbrock intake and bored out the ports to 1.50 like my 235 intake. I went to bolt the intake to the exhaust manifold and only two of the four bolts line up. The two holes on each side of the intake runner are closer together than the ones on the stock 235 intake.

A long story short, can I get a 216 exhaust manifold and bolt eveything back together or are the exhaust ports also smaller like the intake ports were?

Any help here would be great, I don't have anyother 216 intake or exhaust manifold here to compare to.
Thanks Don

Yes, you could use a 216 exhaust manifold, or you could slot the holes on the intake. Better yet, get some Fentons or the cheaper tube versions...

Keep in mind that most 216 manifold pipes come off the manifold straight down. Some of the later ones angle back like the 235s.
