I would "pass" on using hydraulycs on the 235/261, especialy the NOS units.
Remember; they've been on the shelf of decades and weren't any good "way back when" for Hot Rod engines. The seals are 'dried up' too.
If you use Patrick's cam-lifters-pustrods-springs and adjust them properly, you won't have a problem. There all made to "work together" and good to 5,500 RPM which is 'far above' ANY of the hydraulic ones, past or present.
