I'm starting this weekend. The basic plan is to put the truck up on high stands this weekend and take out all the brake and suspension parts. The front suspension will be replaced by a stock rebuild kit from Classic Performance parts. I'm also replacing the control arm shaft assemblies that came from NAPAs rare parts division. The rear will get new coils and poly bushings for the trailing arms and rear stabilizer. I already have new shocks. The brakes will be front discs also from CPP and stock rebuilt rear drums. Here's the interesting part. I'm going to try and use this universal remote booster http://www.mpbrakes.com/products/product-detail.cfm?product_id=221
I don't know where and if It will fit, but am going to give it a go. I haven't bought the parts yet so any suggestions, advice, or even opinions are welcome and appreciated.
Also might rebuild steering box and rear diff. while I'm at it.
