I have a 1954 Chevy Bel Air with a 235, and I am having trouble with the front header hitting the motor mount.

Any suggestions or advice?

There were a couple of different Fenton styles. The early ones dumped straight down, the later style was changed to clear the front motor mounts - these are the ones Patrick has the pattern for. You may have to change to the later style for clearance.

I had the same problem with my 54 210. I cut away the motor mount stand where it hit. Done this like 7 years ago and it hasn't hurt anything. Mine is a power steering car, Patrick's said you can't do that, but by putting a short piece of elbow in the exhaust pipe, you can get clearance for the pitman arm nut.
