Hey guys (and Gals if any) we need your rides and racers! Just send photos and story line, with details of your ride and we'll post them in the "Rides" and "Racing" section. The "Webmaster's Choice" will be featured on the home page for a week or so. We like to keep the site fresh so please send 'em in, your ride doesn't have to be show quality as long as it's INLINE and the pictures are clear and the narrative informative.

Depending on response, we may do another poll to determine the favorite. Then it would be YOU who selects the home page favorite and not "US"!

Jack;
Here is my ride. Not quite on the road but soon will be. 1948 Plymouth. Engine 1953 Desoto 251 CI. Chevy stainless steel valves and Chevy pistons. Edgy reground cam 260 degrees duration @ .410 lift. Dual Carter B&B carbs and a split manifold. Coupled to a T-5 transmission and pushing a Dodge eight and a quarter 3.55/1 differential. Disc brakes on the front.

Jack,

Do not know if it even legal, but there are 4 decent Inliner racing shots that can be found at http://www.firebirdonline.com/oldies/photos/2003_oldies/03_oldies.htm. Walt's 27T is on the first page, my Chevy II running Dave Watkin's 39 Chev PU on the second page and on the third page is Denny Kobo's 39 Coupe and Les Hoffer's 35 Chev.

Maybe not what you are looking for, but it's some new photos...

Thanks everyone for sending in your rides and racing projects. We've finally got some posted and you can check 'em out from the home page. Others are in the "pending" file, waiting details like owner's home town etc. Just a few thoughts:

- We ask that you include a few details such as where you're from and your Inliners membership number (if you're a member). If it's a race car, include some recent ET/mph numbers and info on the track you run at.

- Most of the photos we get are pretty good but need to be re-sized. Try to make your shots 72 DPI, no larger than about 6"x8" otherwise they take too long to load.

- It's nice to include yourself in the photo - Adds a little "Human" factor. Of course if your significant other looks good in a bikini, by all means, ask her to pose with your ride.

Thanks!
