Hey all - I'm trying to determine how to do either a rear disc brake conversion or a conversion to a rear 5 lug drum brake. all the front conversion kits I've found change the front to 5 on 4.5" bolt center. Since I'm planning on driving the car and - you know - rotating the wheels, I'm wondering if anyone has any recommendations to make the back brakes match.

If you are talking about a 51 Plymouth, the factory size is already 5 on 4-1/2". There are companies that make front disc brake kits for the 51 using the stock pattern. Are you saying your pattern is different?

yep - '51 plymouth - may have jumped the gun because the car is at a different location - thought I remembered that there were 6 lugs. I'll have to head out to the car to make sure. that'll make things easy.
