Inliners International Forums General Discussion Bench racing Does anyone know who painted this truck?

I found this truck on Ebay a few months ago. The seller said it was painted by an artist in California. That is all I know. Any help would be appreciated.

While looking for some clues I found this. I don't know what was being used in '58. It may be this without the flags like what is on the pickup. Did the seller have any idea if where in California it was painted or who Hank was?

The IMS wing and wheel logo has been used since 1909. This variation was used from the 1970s through 2008.
