I need to find pistons for a turbo 250 project and I need piston options. I need about 10-12cc dish or inverted dome, forged pistons without having budget busting prices. I will do some machining work, like decking, etc.
4 inch pistons are EVERYWHERE but the 3 7/8" +.030" seem scarce.
Suggestions???

Try using a Chevy LS1 V8 piston and a 6" rod. Run the calcs, they are close.
