I found a guy selling a 292 from an 81 3/4ton truck.Only thing is,it looks like an integral head 250 by the valve cover.Its got those 2 humps in the cover.Whaddya think,250 or 292? TIA,muley

Look at the side covers. They will be about 2" taller on a 292.

Thanks,Joe,I know about the side cover difference.The seller sent a phone pic that wasnt very clear.I could barely see anything other than the valve cover that is on the integral heads.And that is what the engine turned out to be,IH 250.I was hoping it was a 292 to put in my 69 C30...Another day.Again thanks for your reply.
