I had zero luck finding the right one for my 292/200r combo. I needed a 153 tooth flex plate and the only thing I could find had 7 7/16" holes (6 for the crank flange and 1 for the alignment pin) but my crank flange is drilled and tapped for 1/2" bolts and has 3 1/2" pins. So I had to drill out the 7 existing holes and then drill 2 more holes for the extra 2 pins. It was easy for me to do because I have access to machining equipment, but any machine shop should be able to do it pretty cheap. Another thing I had a hard time finding was my starter. I needed one with 2 bolts straight across from each other. My local started rebuilding shop was able to find the correct starter nose for what I needed.
