When did Chev pickups first have independent front suspension? This is excluding Australian produced utes based on passenger vehicles. & were they torsion bar suspensions as per Wikipedia?

1960 - 1962 all 'C' models had torsion bars, '63 C10 - 30 went to coil springs, C40 & up went back to solid frt axel w/ leaf springs.
