Hi. Another question on the build of my 46 Chevy.

Looking at vendors websites for disc brake kits the only ones offered for the 46 passenger cars are all for the 5 lug wheels & I am trying to keep original wheels & front suspension. They offer 6 lug kits for the pickups with the straight axels but nothing in 6 lug for cars due to the front suspension.

Has anyone had any experience with the thick adapter spacers that have both the 5 & 6 lug bolt patterns which fit behind the wheels?

Looking for comments on this as this may be my only way out to keep both the original wheels & front suspension other than I will likely make brackets for modern tube shocks both font & back.

Thanks, Jimmie

Jimmie, Link onto the 12 Port Advertisers link in the verticle blue column and find Buffalo Enterprises. You have to call him.
No web site.
