Not sure if this is the right place to ask this question, but I'm looking for an article on tuning the Holley 390 CFM from the Nov-Dec 1992 issue of 12 Port News. Is there any way to order a back issue from this far back, or does anyone have a digital version?

Greetings . . .

The past treasurer Lou Becker, was selling back issues. You might reach out to the new treasurer, Marleah Scott, to see if she has taken possession of the back issue inventory - email: treasurer@inlinersinternational.org.

I purchased this issue from Lou and used it to populate the 12 Port Cover Gallery

Sorry, I don't have the article, this may help.
There are 4 different 390 models, the one to use is List #8007.
The PVCR is .038".
Clifford suggests an "85" (8.5) power valve and a .048" main jet as a starting point.
