I think it would have to be a bit more detailed in it's appearance and have more and better photos to get that price.

I would imagine the seller figures a serious buyer will contact him for more info and pictures. Minor things like how many miles are on it, when last rebuilt, compression ratio, etc etc. The pictures and description are just enough to prove it is real....

FYI - That engine is being sold by the Ga. Chapter head of Inliners International. Don't know if it's his or someone he knows.
