Inliners International Forums General Discussion Engines 600 Holley on 250 I-6?

Guys, I'm building up a 250 I-6 for my nova, 10:1 cr, ported&polished head, twin headers, offy intake, a good sized cam, 4 spd tranny. and I have a 600-650 cfm Holley vac. secondary carb here. single pump, etc.. would this work on my 6, or should i find a 500?

I had a 600 Edelbrock on a 292 with a 264H cam and ~9.25-1 compression and it worked fine. The Holley, possibly with a little jetting should work.
