i just picked up two weber 34 ict carbs. for my 226 ford flathead. i'm using a edmunds intake. everyone i talked to about them seemed to like them. has anyone used any????

I haven't used them. Remember seeing them years ago in the VW air cooled mags. They were sold as a replacement or duals, if I remember correctly. Suppose you'll have to re-jet them.

Greetings . . .

I saw a pair on a VW Beetle powered dune buggy years ago. It had after market cylinders - was maybe 2 liters tops or 120+ cubic inches. So with the added displacement of a 226 - I concur with Larry on needing different jets.

I've never played with them personally.
