Hey guys,
I'm looking for some stock length 292 connecting rods that are good for 500+ hp any suggestion where to get some. I have looked at crower but they only make 6" and 292 is 6.760" I can get them that size but it will be a custom order and I would like to find someone that may have them instock.
Thanks
Chris

You might try Tom Langdon's Stovebolt engine Co. Tom might be able to help.

Thanks I will try to give him a call. I have been told on the StoveBolt forum that I could send my connecting rods to Speed-O-Motive and they could check mine out and that mine (stock ones) should hold 500 hp since my pistons are billet forged "much lighter" then stock. Does anyone know if this is true? Will these rods hold up?
