For all you ebay watchers out there, anybody catch this auction? Afraid I might have to cash in some RRSP's for this one..

Same guy has put that up on eBay for the last 3 or 4 years, no takers.

He has a lot of desireable stuff but huge group buys don't work.

I'd say he needs to hire himself an auctioneer . . . the only way to get that price it is to sell the desireable stuff piece by piece.

Even somebody with that kinda bread ain't gonna bid a million-and-half site unseen.

Then having bought it the labor and transportation cost to a storage facility would be out of hand.

Doesn't it include the real estate?

I'm sure it said so on one forum I read about it. But it doesn't appear to say that in the description...

No I don't think the land is part of the deal. Check the shipping . . .

When I showed this to my wife her take was "So this guy wants someone to pay him 1.5 mil to clean up his yard?" ;-)
