Hi there all. I'm a newbie (wanky kind of word that) from South Australia with a 54 Dodge Kingsway Custom, like the Canadian export models. It runs a 230 inch flattie and a stock 3 speed. I plan to run a 2x1 manifold and split my stock exhaust manifold. Not sure if I will keep the 3 speed and change to a floor shift or put an auto in. I would welcome any ideas people have about modifying these engines.

cheers

Louie TF

Before you go fitting an auto you might consider the fact that autos were only fitted to cars with the 250ci engine in that era...

They're the same right through the Chrysler Royal, so you shouldn't have much trouble finding the complete outfit.

I'd be willing, of course, to dispose of the 230 for you. They're pretty hard to get rid of, you know.
