This is a Wade RO34 blower from a Commer truck. It is over 50 years old. The blower drive and the manifold were made by my late friend Max Knight, and he gave the entire setup to me when he learned of his terminal disease. There are some parts for it that I haven't included.

If flows 3400cc per rev, at 5lbs of boost.

Mark,

I don't know if that's a rare piece for Australia, or not, but it sure is cool! Knowing your friend thought enough of you to let you have it, was a special gift. I would like to see you put it on something, then post some more photos. thanks for posting!

Dennis, It'll be fitted to an engine in my coupe, as soon as I get it all setup again.

I want to drive it with the blower up the east coast of Australia, to meet up with my mate's daughters, and see his old 39 Chev roadster again.

Here's his old roadster:

And the blower when it was in the 39:

I want to eventually build a 261 with Jimmy rods and Buick pistons to put the blower on, in the mean time I'll run it on a 235.

Son of a gun, looks much like this one that I found recently,it's been used as a cabin-charger in an old Swedsh figther-plane.

This one I gave to my club-buddy as thanks for all the help I got from him during the building of the chassie for the roadster.
MAN ain't I'm a nice guy...Nice but stupid...

Bets regards Hans "Speed-Swede"
