I'm changing to 3/8 pully on my 47 1st series. I need a water pump pully, 3/8 inch. One vender told me to get a h. balancer from a 54 235 and gave me a number to call for a pully. this man had none. Another vendor would make me one for $200.00. So I'm lost as to where to look. Any help would be appreciated. I almost forgot to mention, it's a GMC 228.

Whats the diameter that you need for the WP pulley, and how deep is it?

Well, I hate to admit how dumb I can be, I pulled the 1/2 or5/8 belt off to measure and I have a 3/8 pully on the water pump. I don't know how it runs in the narrow pully but it is. Thanks for your interest and help.I really appreciate it. George
