How can you tell if your clutch fan has gone out??? Is there a way to test it?? Thank you in advance!!!

The procedure for most clutch fans is to run the engine until it is warm (thermostat opened) and then try to stall the fan with a piece of rolled up newspaper. You shouldn't be able to stall it.
