Dick Knorr, II#1573, of Black Opel fame wrote to inform us that the US feed of the Discovery Channel will have 2008 Bonneville Speedweek coverage on Jan 5th at 10:00 PM and Jan 6th at 2:00 AM, there may more airings later. You might want to check out their website at Black Opel RacingTim

Is that the Discovery Channel program "Bonneville: Speed Capitol of the World"? Or something like that (not 100% sure I got the title right)?

Is this the same show that Discovery showed on December 16? It was interesting but not much Inliner footage; I saw about 1 second of the Fergusons' car. Most of the show featured Leslie Porterfield and the Ohio State hydrogen car.

Hoyt Female motorcycle riders look better on TV than old wrinkled inliners, might be why.

Yeah, it's why I asked. I saw it, neat to see any coverage, but the fact that the announcer dubbed the Buckeye Bullet II a 'hydrogen bomb' pretty much sums up the tone of the whole broadcast. Do we have enough footage to put together a PBS special or something?
