Inliners International Forums General Discussion Hi Performance Langdon's split cast headers and Power steering

Hi all. I am currently building a 1971 Chevy Nova with a 250 6 cyl. I have an Offenhauser intake, 390 Holley and a new set of Langdon's cast headers. The headers and manifold are on and when I tried to mount my power steering bracket, it hits the front header tube! I believe I can clearance the PS bracket sufficiently to make it work. I will post pictures of my solution if I come up with one.

Anyone else run into this problem?

Progress is happening.

I had to do something simular when using Clifford headers & power steering also.

i had this almost same issue
i have a 51 5 window w/ a 292. my langdon headers fouled the stock steering box.
solution, have tom cut and weld the headers as needed............
