I'm trying to find some assistance in either locating a replacement part, or recommendations for a good fix, maybe welding, etc., for 1966 Chevy II. It's hard to determine from my Assembly Manual, but I believe the part name is the radiator support assembly and/or fender to fender skirt? I've had it patched with seam sealer and JB Weld for some time, but now I'm trying to figure out a better fix. Framing member - not the stabilizer under the oil pan.
Thanks in advance.

Got one for my '63 and a battery box from Luttys http://www.luttyschevy.com and I believe the innner fenders are the same as your '66. The parts came from Goodmark but Luttys was the only place that listed them.

Just got my grandson to tell me how to get the picture, what you got outlined is the front frame crossmember that you are going to have to either fabricate or replace with a new subframe from another car. This would make the car a good candidate for a replacement front chassis from Alston Chassisworks or Heidts. Look around some of the Nova forums. I'll see if I can get the picture to post and you can get some more opinions.

Jalopy 45, Thanks for the info. I've been working out of town and also haven't been on the site for a while, a you can tell...I'll check that chassis place out. Found another motor head down the road a few miles, and he said he could fabricate something as well. decisions...decisions...
