Any one know what to order to get new fly weight springs (bob weight springs)for a 235 dizzy? keep being told that they're not available.Failing that which HEI that dosent use Fly weights?

Those springs can still be had. I would check out Obsolete Chevy

They have a dizzy rebuild kit that includes the springs:
Obsolete Chevy Catalog
part number 1900561. It includes the springs.

Perhaps they will sell just the springs.
