I have searched but cannot find a reference to the required diameter of the headpipes that first exit each header outlet flange. I planned on using 2" and having a muffler shop flare the end to fit the packing that I got with the headers. Sound right?

My Langdon headers came with a flange for the pipe and if I remember it was a 2 1/2 inch hole. I made a tapered head pipe to reduce to 2 inches. S

I have my exhaust installed. It went very well, I used a Summit 2.25" dual system that I got on sale for $135.00. It installed and cleared everything easy. I used 2.25" mandrel bent tubing to construct the pipes from the Langdon's split headers to the Summit exhaust pipes. A lot of cutting, fitting and welding, but a good result.

Follow the photobucket link for pictures of my project.

I am several weeks away from first start. What are people using to take video? I have a Kodak Digital camera. Will that do the job?

Clean install bigmike. Looks good.

Can you turn the clamps sideways so the u-bolt ends don't hang low?

Those were temporary. All replaced with stainless steel band clamps from Walker now. The flange on those is rotated up out of sight. Must keep up appearances.

Getting closer to first start on my inliner project. Thanks to all that posted, there is a lot of good information there. I am doing all the small things that didn't seem to make it to my "do list". Eats up time. I hope to get to the point where I can start it up by mid October. Stay tuned.
