What transmission do you have?

Sounds like you have a exhaust leak. Check for a cracked manifold or a bad exhaust donut if you have one. Tom

This is after wide open throttle, release throttle (closed) is when you get the noise, correct? poss. vacuum leak? How long does noise last? Dose opening the throttle slightly make it quit?

check your PCV system, hose to valve not sucking flat, freah air path (i.e. breather type cap or air tube to air cleaner). still sounds like vacuum related to me. Does this have a decel valve (valve has one 3/8" hose to manifold, on 3/8" hose to air cleaner & a smaller vacuum hose to a vacuum source. opens up under high vacuum for a short time to lean out under full decel)?

yesterday i checked everything with a friend, we did not find any thing wrong. but my friend find sound coming from harmonic balancer, when he removed it he find that the grove is damaged and need to replace the harmonic balancer.
what choices do i have for such balancer would the small V8 engine fits my engine?

the 292 parts are rarely to find, where i'm from

Don't know about shipping overseas-if not too $$$ to ship it you can get them rebuilt here in the US.
I had mine rebuilt by http://www.dalemfg.com

after removing the engine we find the problem. first problem is with the harmonic balancer was not set tight due to a crack in the center the second problem is with the flywheel, because the harmonic was not set tight it cause a vibration and that vibration affect on the screw on the flywheel and make them to lose replaced the harmonic balancer, set the flywheel in place and tight the screw. run the engine and everything is working good and smoth
