I'm really not sure what the range should be so I'll throw out the numbers and see what you guys think.
My 1950 Chevy Sedan has a stock 250 from a 68 Biscayne in it. Their was 69k on the car it was pulled from Due to clearance issues I am running an electric fan in front of the radiator.
I have a mechanical guage with the sending unit mounted in the t-stat housing. My temp stays between 160 and 165 while driving with the fan off. In stop and go traffic with the fan on it has not gone much over 180. I usually only put the fan on when I am driving below 25mph or in traffic.
My oil pressure at idle when the car is warmed up is right around 25 psi. Cruising down the road it is about 45psi. Does everything sound ok? Thanks, Todd

I run my fan the same way. You've got a good running engine there.

Thanks for the replies. I was not sure where my temp and oil pressure were supposed to be. Glad to hear all is where it should be. Todd
