I was just wondering if some of you guys would post your 1/4mi or 1/8mi ETs and/or HP/Torque (or at least estimated HP/Torque) of your 6s. Particularly Turbo'd 6s or Chevys. I've just been wondering what some ACTUAL power you guys have made rather than guesses.

WOW that's awesome. what are some specs on it? Isn't that the turbo 292 with custom efi? Is that high compression + boost or normal compression so you don't have to run race fuel? Amazing man...

Are there any major advantages to using the 292 over the 250 besides the extra 42ci? Could you make proportional power with the 194/230/250?

and one last thing I was wondering mighty6, why did you lower the boost? you were making 717hp/815ft/lbs @ 19psi in this video. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=baj4UmT02RM&feature=player_embedded

I thought I would post some low boost numbers that might be more on track with what other poeple are doing.

Sence you asked @ 19 psi it went 9.31 at 136 mph lifting at the 1000 foot mark. We working on the steering geomerty because it gets real loose at 140+mph at those speeds

My old school, street driveable, 37 chevy coupe just ran a best of 9.61 at 138.86
At 3300 lbs that's 735 HP at the flywheel.
A T70 series turbo, 3 two barrel carbs, and a stock style head.

I'm sorry, it's a 292, with a non bump port head that's divided.

I'm currantly trying to write an update on my 37 for the 12 port news, last seen in March/April 1996 issue , then a series of articals on turbocharging inlines, from my 25 years on this project. I'm no expert but maybe I can help with some basic info.

3000 lbs ready to run.

Several years back we worked real hard trying to get some weight out.
