Inliners International Forums General Discussion Engines offenhauser valve cover oil fill cap

I purchased an oil fill cap,(twist on),for my offenhauser 250 valve cover. The cap came with a built in PCV but will not fit the opening on the top. It will not set down far enough to twist on. I have since decided to add 2 bolt on breathers on the side of the valve cover, but I still don't have an oil fill cap that will fit. Has anyone had this problem before?

Try a Mercruiser oil cap.
