It is a magnet that you install around your fuel line. Allegedly it aligns the atoms in the fuel so they will burn better. Ok, so I believe that ;\) , but then the aligned fuel goes into the carb float bowl where it gets all jiggled around and mixed up. Then it gets squeezed through jets and booster nozzles and gets tumbled around passing through the intake manifold on its way to the cylinders. So much for any atom alignment I'd say.

Want to try it for free? Just wrap a section of fuel line with some hardware store magnets and a hose clamp or two. Better yet don't bother. Spend your time and money on something worth while. Crap is a polite word for it.

Mike

Dear Ivan;

Listen to Mike!

Since I began work in the automotive field (1954) there have been more of these 'scams' than one could count.

This is not to say that all additives are bad.

They each have their specific use but are not "liquid mechanics" or "miracle cures" for anything.

Good luck, John M.....

Gentlemen;

I think moving atoms around is best left to the folks at Cal-Tech.

My favorite part of the add is this line....
that utilizes magneto - hydrodynamic technology .......
right out of a bugs bunny cartoon. It just needs Daffy Duck reading it......

From what I remember in Organic Chemistry petroleum hydrocarbons are primarily nonpolar as apposed to say water which is slightly polar. Ergo you can magnitise all you want and the slippery little buggars will go through like nothing happened, which in fact is exactly what happened, nothing. That ad struck me as pure double talk.

if it worked GM engineers would install them at the factory on every car and truck. Hell the whole fuel system would be made out of that magneto-hydrodynamic technology stuff.
