Hi there, been around awhile haven't posted in forever.

Question:

Just bought a couple Chevy 250s. One (1973 vintage) was minus the distributor. I understand the firing order, but need to know how to install regular non-HEI distributor. What do I line it up with? #1? Your enlightenment is appreciated! Much thx.

Thanks.. did some reading and think I've got her figured out. Pretty much like dropping in a distributor for a 350.. make sure #1 is TDC (compression), point rotor towards #1.. drop it in. Should be gravy.

thx.
