Bob, I sent you a PM on parts.

Are we looking for cams?, intakes?, a head? Between Tom aka Tlowe and Scott aka CncDude you've got a lot of new choices to make these little engine howl. I think Clifford still makes a few parts sometimes for these engines and cams are available from most of the cam grinders.

Do any of you or your acquaintances know someone with proven porting experience on the 181 Merc Marine cylinder head?

I've got two of them with one cylinder cut from each leaving me with 1-2-3 and 2-3-4. Hmmmm. What am I ever going to do with all this junk?

There is mention of using left over 181 head pieces in Leo's book but it gives no details. If they were the big valve heads they probably flow pretty well stock but may respond to some work.
