Inliners International Forums General Discussion MOPAR Wanted,Cast Iron headers for a 230 and a 251

Looking for headers like the Headman,not original cast iron exhausts with an additional outlet brazed into them.

I hate like hell to modify an original cast iron exhaust manifold to do this. They are getting hard to find and more expensive than the cast iron headers,if you can find them.

If I have to I can make tubular headers,but I prefer cast iron.

I see he sells them for both the 230 and the 251 engines. I am keeping the 230 engine in my 42 Dodge business coupe,but putting a 251 in my otherwise stock 33 Dodge 4dr.

UPDATE!

I managed to find and buy NOS Fenton cast iron headers for both Mopar engines.

Still looking for a set for my 226 flat Ford engine,though.

Also looking for a FOM bellhousing and starter plate for the 226 cubic inch flathead Ford engine. My back and knees are shot,and I now need a FOM in my flat 6 51 biz coupe.

Bender, where did you find the NOS headers??

I found the two sets I know have on EBAY. Both NOS Hedman.

They are for my 2 Mopars.

I am still looking for cast iron headers for my 226 flat 6 Ford,though.
