Many people do a standard over bore of.030 which Normally will clean up most out of round bores.

I have known of 235s being bored .100" over and run for years. You would want to have the wall thickness sonic tested before having it bored. A link to Stovebolt. These are not the ones I'm helping with. LINK

I wish you were close. I am helping my friend's family deal with his "collection" and there are several 235s that need new homes.

You asked this same question over at Stovebolt no? Did you contact Egge to see if they would make you up some pistons in that size as recommended? Sonic check the block as advised to see if it can even go that far?
