Need pistons that are at least .030 over would consider larger, 2 rod bolts and nuts, main and rod bearings not sure on size yet. Probably will need more parts this is what I know of for sure. 1959 Engine

Not to butt in, but I think he's wanting anything that it at least .030 over.

I'm not clear on the "2 rod bolts and nuts, main and rod bearings not sure on size yet."

I need to find my Biden decoder ring to understand if that means 2 bolts and 2 nuts, main bearings and rod bearings, and is size not clear on the bolts, nuts, main bearings and rod bearings sizes not clear, for some, all?

I am pretty sure he wants pistons that are at LEAST .030 over, but I don't think they can be .500 over in order to work. Ain't I smart? wink

This is for certain: "Need to be the 55-59 flat top pistons."

My interpretation: His '59 is bored out .030 over. If someone has a set of flat top pistons that are .030 over for a '55-'59 for sale, you're his friend. And he also needs a couple nuts and bolts and the main and rod bearings, but he's more worried about the pistons because that can be gotten at a lot of places.

Let's see if I got close to what he meant.

Free block, crank and cam....there could be other misc. parts available. The free one is on the Stovebolt forum and the other is on the HAMB and has dome pistons....good luck!

That is great! Where did you find them? What brand? What size? You are being very successful. I could not cross that number.
