Sounds reasonable. 2 has worked well in the past and they look cool.
I like Quadra Jets and I think I have one of those in the carb cabinet. It is not that the one I'm using is bad. It is just not what I expected. It does beat messing with a bunch of linkage. The only 3 carb setup I have is a Harper. It doesn't have all of the split shaft progressive linkage. Complicated but a thing go beauty.
